Scope of Work and Deliverables under a Clinical Trial "Post-Launch" VAT Engagement:
- Review current VAT registration status of the Sponsor, the CRO, all PIs and clinical Sites
- Review a representative sample of incoming invoices and payment, for clinical trial services being rendered to the Sponsor by the CRO, PI, and clinical site(s)
- Provide Sponsor with a detailed questionnaire to understand the specifics of the existing Sponsor CRO - PI - Clinical Site relationships vis-à-vis invoices being rendered and fees being paid.
Work Product Deliverables
- Provide Sponsor with questionnaire analysis and corresponding feedback regarding
strengths/ weaknesses of the current (if any) VAT recovery process, and
recommendations for remedial and corrective actions to correct deficiencies.
- Provide as needed VAT restructuring, filing and organizational support to correct
deficiencies and potential reclamation of monies due to the sponsor ((Memo Item:
fee quotations for these support services are quoted based upon the specific needs
and action steps required).
