Michael Eckstein brings over twenty five years of experience to Clinical VAT Recovery Services as a CEO, COO, President and operations executive (CTO, CIO) in the life science industries.

Since the early 1980's he has provided strategic, business and operational support to pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device companies on a global basis. His expertise includes clinical trial agreements, master service agreements, informed consent, legal representation and budget creation and negotiations.

Based in the Philadelphia area, Mr. Eckstein's senior level business development, clinical trials and full P&L responsibilities range from Fortune 500 assignments to start-up and emerging life science growth companies. He has served as a senior consultant to Glaxo, the Government of Israel, Unisys, BT North America and other global corporations to formulate and implement various drug discovery, clinical trial and other life science initiatives.
